Read this article from the Dalai Lama and reflect on its ideas. Do you agree with him? Do you feel this in your own life? Do you see it in others?

You have a week and a half with this one since I posted it so late in the week.
As students, you often think about school, but how often do you think about the school SYSTEM? What is the basis for the overall system? Has it adapted over time? Here are a couple of videos I want you to watch. You may have seen one or both, but I now want you to reflect on what they say and then include your own thoughts for the post. You have the extra time, so watching two videos should not be a problem. In addition to your own thoughts (or with them), make sure that you reference the two videos. (Thank you, Mary, for providing the first video). Video #1: I Just Sued the School System (youtube) Video #2: Ken Robinson: Do Schools Kill Creativity? (TedTalk)--seen by nearly 42 million people! There has been some talk lately surrounding A.I. I just watched a 60 Minutes piece on it, but that segment was rather long. Instead, I offer this TedTalk on the potential dangers of Artificial Intelligence. I would love to hear your thoughts.
